I've been patiently waiting for one order for over a month. The Canadian postal web site shows that two delivery attempts were made, however my postman who I am friends with said he doesn't recall attempting any delivers when I was away from my residential office. He also said he would have left attempted delivery slips if he had attempted delivering a parcel in my absence. DVDsoon seems to be dragging their feet on shipping me replacement disks.

I also placed another order which has been received already and that consisted of 7 titles and my $7.00 Canadian credit is not showing up in my account. Has anyone else had problems with not receiving their $1.00 per DVD Canadian credit to use towards future purchases?

I have had problems ordering from their website for weeks now, however when I emailed them, they said they would make a one-time exception with me and allow me to order over the phone. The email went on to say I would be called by a customer service associate shortly. This was 3 weeks ago, still no call. Has anyone else run through this? When checking out I get sent to a blank screen instead of an actual transaction invoice.

I've had to clear my cookies quite a few time to allow me to add items to my cart and to view my past transactions. Possibly this would help you out with your situation. I did have a rep call me once when they placed my account on hold because I used a different credit card for a particular order. I guess they decided to call me after I sent several not so nice e-mails.

If you buy 2 copies it is even cheaper (no shipping).

Yeah 2 copies of it, or anything that will make your order go over $100 CAD. Also if you buy 3 or more items you get back $1 CAD per item for your nex order (or so they say).

You do receive a $1.00 credit in Canadian dollars for each title in an order of 3 or more titles. Received my first order on 7/29....had $6.00 in my account. Placed my August order....had the $6.00 applied to my order and wound up paying $90.00 and change for.....

We Were Soldiers
The Rookie
Return to Neverland
V The Final Battle
Can't Buy Me Love
Pretty in Pink
Some Kind Of Wonderful

About $13.00 per movie!!!!!

The service I received was better than any other etailer I have dealt with......my order consisted of all preorders...I received no less than 3 emails updating the status of the order and then it shipped a week early. Received the order in less than 3 business days.

They shipped all my Aug 6th releases yesterday, but they have yet to respond to my querry about the exchange rates.

One out of two isn't bad, but it would be nice to know there was someone alive on the other end. They do say they will not adjust the final price after they ship. Wonder if they just ignored me...

Help. I'm trying to order something from them, but how do you look at your shopping cart and checkout? I can't find the checkout button. (makes me feel stupid). Is there supposed to be something under the "minicart"? It doesn't show anything under it.

I just ordered:

Friends: Complete Season 2

I'm hoping the Friends boxset comes out earlier too.

seriously folks, is anyone else having problems accessing their shopping cart and checking out? i swear, there is no "checkout" button to be found, and I cannot see my shopping cart. if others can order, you must know how.

it should be on the left hand side. it's a pretty big box if you have stuff in your cart.

thanks... i saw it today when i used my computer at work. it's just not showing up on my computer at home even after I put something in my cart- the minicart box won't open up to show the items i've added, and i can't checkout. strange.
thanks though.

Tried my first order on the 0108, got a mail because they needed me to verify the cc info. Did so the same day. Since then nothing have happende. Repeated it the day after since nothing happend. Sent them 3 mails and one fax, not an answer back.
A little queer the contact system they have, you can choose type of question, sale, technical etc but whe n you send the mail it's the same adress, info@...

Wonder if anyone has similar experience and what they did to sort it out. Smartest thing is perhaps to buy from another etailer though.

I can't seem to put anything into my cart. But on my roommate's Linux machine, I can, but I can only have them in my cart for like 10 clicks and then they disappear. So I have to get everything quickly and then go right to checkout.

Alright I placed an order for two out of stock items that they said they would get in in 2-4 weeks. My credit card was charged of course, but now I found out these titles were out of print. How does this refund thing work? If I cancel my order will they automatically refund my order?

Thanks.

If you cancel, you'll get a credit to your account or your card (minus any fees/crap currency rates your bank decides on). You will need to enter your card details again. Personally, I'd advise putting your credit towards other titles.

Where do I choose whether I want my credit card credited or if I want it to go to other titles? What if it's a debit card?

I was thinking about cancelling my order and ordering something else. 2 of my titles are on order with no dates.
