I hope MiG is finally in the Bottom 3 tonight and goes home. For all we know, INXS has been itching to eliminate him! Sorry, he just doesn't have the edgy, dangerous vibe I like in my rock singers. Oddly, he started out my favorite, with J.D. 2nd, but things changed many weeks ago. And I thought that was cheap for Navarro to tell him to take off the jacket. I'm not impressed with his body, and anyway, that's the equivalent of telling a girl to show more cleavage.

J.D. has got to win this. I love his voice, and he's a great, passionate performer you are compelled to watch.

Hopefully she realized that. I still think she will redeem herself tonight when she has to sing an INXS song. As good as JD was last night, I've never been impressed with his INXS performances.

I really hope J.D. doesn't win. He's a decent singer no doubt, but he SUCKS at singing INXS songs. He absolutely butchered This Time when he was in the bottom 3 a few weeks ago. If INXS cares about having a singer who can do justice to their back catalog, JD and Marty are out. Mig is a wild card, he might be ok or he might stink. Really only Suzie has demonstrated that she can sing INXS songs well.
As for Mig last night, ugh. He single handedly turned Paint It Black into a friggin pop song. Wasn't digging it at all.

I think JD's performance of "Money" may have been the best thing he's done all season, but I still cringe at the idea of him being in that band. Still think Marty is in the front.

Actually, Marty is sort of a wild card, too since he's only sung one INXS song. I thought he did well on "Don't Change," but I do have a hard time imagining him singing some songs. I'd like to give him the chance to prove he can, though and I think they should have sung more of the back catalog over these last few weeks (maybe one cover and one INXS song once the final 5 were chosen).

Hopefully the final three will sing INXS songs only on the next show, and preferably some ones they haven't done before and we haven't seen yet on the show.
On a side note, if I hear that Damn Pretty Vegas song one more time I'm going to go insane. It's a decent song but I don't see why everyone thinks it's so fantastic.
Oh and did we ever figure out if indeed "JD Fortune" is a stage name? If so it's a pretty lame one.

I was not at all impressed with Mig's performance. With that said, it's clear to me that J.D. is best for INXS. Marty is great, but the last couple weeks have made me believe he is better fit for different music styles. If J.D. wins, I just hope he won't try to emulate Michael Hutchence in the future. It seems J.D. has been a huge fan of INXS for many years.

When this show started I said I didn't really care that much who won since I haven't thought much about INXS over the years. Their prime is loooong in the past. But now I think I'll actually be a little offended if any one of the three but Marty wins. I really found their choice of keeping Mig to be very strange after what he's done the past few weeks.

I'm sure there is great rejoicing in Rivendell tonight, but I thought Mig sucked.

And I about died of laughter when he ripped his shirt. It was almost as funny as JD kissing Dave in the middle of Pretty Vegas last night.

I thought Mig was much better tonight than last night. You may not like Mig's moves, but Suzie has no moves. I still wanted to see Suzie in the final, but Mig made it tough for them to drop him after just one song.

That was the first INXS performance of JD's that I liked. I won't really have a problem with him or Marty winning. Either way I probably won't be paying much attention to INXS after the show, I've just been enjoying the show for what it is and hopethey can figure out a way to do another one. We'll just have to wait and see if the fix is in next week.

I don't know, I still think the fix is in. Although Suzie did grow on me and I'm sorry she's gone, the good news is I'll probably won't hear Dave Navarro say, "Sweet Suzie McNeil" ever again.

Well I hope Suzi does well on her own because I thought she was the best of the bunch. I really have no use for this show or INXS now.

I know this is an unpopular opinoin, but I never cared much for Suzie (prefered Jordis among the females until she lost momentum)... although Mig (and those hideous "moose knuckle" pants) was the weakest of the remaining last night, I couldnt see them dropping him... I think he was a little TOO pumped up for What You Need and it weakened his performance...

I doubt the show is fixed. After I tought about it INXS probably knows that Suzie and Mig are not going to win and they might have kept Mig only because that was the first time he made it to the bottom three (and barely since there were only four left). I'll agree the fix is in if he wins, but he's not going to.

Finally Suzie is gone. I agree that she has a great voice but she doesn't have anything past that. She has a Pop Star look, an annoying sweet demeanor(this can be pulled off but she doesn't do it well), no stage presence, no edge. I would still rather listen/watch Jordis over Suzie. Jordis has something that Suzie will never have. She has IT. That being said, I thought MiG did pretty good last night but he was not better than JD. JD should win this because he fits the band perfectly. The only issue is his idiot actions and thoughts earlier in the show. I think INXS will look past those however. Marty is good but he's not right for them. MiG has talent but he just doesn't have a presence about him.
