I read something a long, long time ago that said the rumble could be adjusted: high, low, and off.

I thought there was NO rumble anymore...I could be completely wrong, but I remember people bitching about that.

I'd prefer no rumble in the wireless controllers, just eats up batteries and I've never liked the feature much anyway.

Well if it is adjustable it will make everyone happy. Personally i really like rumble in controllers and would be tempted to use a wired controller instead of wireless if it had rumble.

I'm pretty sure that's not the case. I think I remember them mentioning the rumble briefly in one of those videos Flay posted the other day.

For those interested in Kameo, there will be a Kameo demo available over Xbox Live at launch. Possibly PDZ also.

Thanks!

At first...they will be doing "most popular" games as backwards compatability. So, more than likely...YES. I'm sure eventually all XBOX games will be playable on 360. HOWEVER, you do need the HD version of the console to do this.

Ended up ordering from WalMart. Came up to $766.00. Unfortunately, I had no idea they would charge my card TODAY! Heh Heh! No worries! let the countdown begin!

I wouldn't hold my breath on that. And if they do it, I'd be willing to bet it would only be for Halo 2.

The controller indeed has rumble, and 3 different settings like someone else mentioned.

That is pretty cool. Those were both games I am interested in, but I would like to try before buying. I actually had zero interest in both games until recently. The newer Kameo videos are looking very, very cool. The newer shots of PDZ look pretty impressive too, much better than the E3 footage.

Also, for those who won't have access to Xbox Live from lack of broadband, you can pick up the demos on the disc with the November issue of OXM. It's been confirmed to have Kameo, PDZ, and PGR demos on the disc.

In about 12 days, X05 will kick off in Amsterdam. Peter Moore has stated PDZ will be the big game featured at the show. It was held back from TGS due to a lack of interest for FPS games in Japan. Expect to see tons of new footage around the 4th and 5th of October.

I'm sure I read that xbox 1 live games would be supported. Of course this would only refer to games that are actually supported on the backwards compatibility.

Anyone got a link?

I'm not a big RR fan but that looks pretty good, graphics wise. Why does a screen from Pac-Man pop up during the race though?

Am I the only one that is really excited for PDZ? I think I would be one of the few to buy the system just for that game. Was there a video shown at TGS?

Yes, you can play XBOX LIVE games on XBOX360. Thus, you can play Halo2 on XBOX360 LIVE.

My question is, is there cross over? Sure they say you can play on live, but will you be limited to people playing on a 360? Or will you be able to play your friends that haven't gotten a 360 yet?

Nope, you can play whoever. 360 vs original XBOX players. I know I read this a few places..as to where, not sure. XBOX LIVE is a seperate entity as MS describes it, and anyone can play anyone....

I'm pretty sure this is true....if someone proves me wrong, so be it.

I had also heard the same thing. I believe the article even mentioned taunting your friends without an Xbox 360 by sending them invites to games that aren't on the original Xbox.

Is anyone else as sick of this as I am? I keep answering questions, but I can't remember where the hell I read stuff. I really wish MS was better at communication and would have a better database of information available to consumers. I hate having to find out different little bits of information from a hundred different interviews and a thousand different articles.

Yes. Hell it was probably in this 900 post thread. If they would quit being so secretive about the backwards compatibility and just lay it on the table we wouldn't have this problem.
