I actually have a direct line of sight in my theater room, but updated my Logitech Harmony to include the xbone and found it'll only turn it on and off. Tried a couple different things and no luck so far, so I guess I'll be digging around more online to try to find a solution. On the bright side, Titanfall finished downloading overnight, so I popped in Dead Rising 3 this morning and have that running while I'm at work today. Overall, this is the most annoyed I've been with a new console when I first got it. I bought it primarily to replace the PS3 as my primary blu-ray player, though, so I guess I can focus on it being good at that.

you've gotta be kidding me!! I'll be sending mine back too.

On a positive note, I did get my Titanfall X1 controller. While I did apply the controller firmware update I didn't get to use it since I couldn't freaking log in last night. The controller itself looks pretty sweet - IMO

I have a Harmony 900. It does all the following for the Xbone One:

Power
On
Off
Standby
Eject
XboxNexus ("home" button)
Enter
Back
B
A
Y
X
View
Play/Pause

I've got a 550 and all it does is turn the power off and on. Did you have to customize your setup in Logitech's software?

Yes, I customized some things like volume control on the AV receiver, but the soft buttons were the ones I listed. But most of the hard buttons were set up for me. And yes, I had to use the software.

Good to know. I was considering picking one up, but now I won't. I just need to get around to programming the Harmony 900 I've had sitting around for over a year...

still having a hell of a time figuring out the IR window on the front of the xbox one. this thing must be tiny. if the ir blaster moves a millimeter it doesn't work anymore.

just gotta laugh at discostu. can't imagine what it must be like to have soooo little objectivity.

Got everything working and set up, but haven't been able to actually play yet. Very excited to try Titanfall after work.

It's actually really simple to program. The step by step prompts make it very.

Oh, I know. I have a much older Harmony that I set up many years ago. I just haven't set up the 900 because I'm lazy.

I have the 510 and everything works fine, same as Brack. I didn't do any customization.

Well, they fixed the lip sync problem at least (I think), but it still doesn't play 3d Blu-rays (neither next gen system does).

Titanfall on ebay; how is that a used copy, the game just came out yesterday?

It actually has to be a bit more for me, I was just testing validity. Hell, I'm waiting on a PS4 from Amazon Warehouse Deals for $274 again before I jump into next-gen

It was on SD so it wasn't going to last. It also came with a month of live. I am assuming they accidentally allowed the 20% off coupon to apply to the system.

The code worked for me when I posted it here (I didn't do the transaction, but it accepted the code)

Oh well.

re: Xbox One: S $249 Now / X $499 November 7 2017

Now the question is:
Would it be smart or dumb for MS to cancel all the orders that went through at $399?

It'd be dumb, they get to count them as units sold.

I would have bought one, but the promo code is indeed dead.
