The two orders that were overdue arrived in today's mail. All I'm waiting on now is a replacement shipment of Flavor of Love 3 that is being returned since the original arrived. Also, I'm waiting on the George Carlin: All My Stuff box set. It's on back-order so who knows when I'll actually see that.

I got my final 2 orders that shipped on the 24th and 25th today.
Often previous orders shipped on different days were received on the same day too. Like the post office holds them in a batch until they feel like delivering them.

I guess if I had it to do over again, I'd spring for the better shipping. It would have been nice to have the 18th shipment for the long weekend. I figured it was plenty of time.

Count me in as one of the folks having bad luck with some 20% sale orders. I'm still waiting on one from DVD Planet that shipped on 6/18, and one from DDD that shipped on 6/19. And yet, today I received an order from DDD that shipped on 6/24. What in the hell?
My first two orders (one each from DDD and DVD Planet) that I placed on the first day of the respective sales showed up in about ten days, which is pretty much as per usual.
Unfortunately, the two most expensive orders I made are the two that are currently MIA.

I got my last large order in yesterday that originally shipped on the 20th (this was actually from DVD Planet).
All I have left are 9 discs from across 3 seperate orders...all backordered. I think 5 have shipped out already- all in seperate packages.

I got two more orders in today, one was a lone book, and the other was two dvds I had canceled.
I called DD as i've done the past few days, and the guy on the phone was a complete asshat. He kept telling me he needed to speak with the person on the Billing address, when all I'm trying to do is return a package they shouldn't have sent me in the first place.
That man on the phone sounded like he didn't care what happened to my order, or my concerns, and It made me pretty upset. I thought the customer service was actually ok, none of the other agents i've spoken too have been so rude.
Also, whats wrong with DD warehouse? the book I received had like brown stuff on its white cover, and it took a lot of elbow grease to get those stains off. Even though I'm sending the dvds back, I can hear both discs off their hubs. How does that happen when the disc is in the box? This is the third package i've received with broke hubs.
I've still got one more item on the way, and another still backordered. This is going to make me seriously think about ordering again in Nov.
