I picked it up on the cheap on HD DVD when they went down, but I'll pick it up again on Blu for the DTS MA. One of my all time faves.

The Thing has one of the best documentaries ever made. I guess I'm going to have to keep the dvd.

Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced the specs for the upcoming Blu-ray releases of Judd Apatow's 'Knocked Up' and 'The 40-Year-Old Virgin', both due to hit store shelves on September 30th. Available individually or as part of the 'Ultimate Unrated Comedy Collection' (along with the previously announced Blu-ray release of 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall'), each disc will contain both the rated and unrated versions of the film.
Both titles will come on a BD-50 featuring 1080p widescreen video and a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack. Special features for 'Knocked Up' include:
Feature Commentary with Writer/Director Judd Apatow, Executive
Producer/Star Seth Rogen and Actor Bill Hader (Unrated & Theatrical)
Picture in Picture on Theatrical Version

I am so glad they are including the Rated cut on 40 Year Old Virgin. I deifinitely prefer that version. Now I can retire my R-rated dvd.
