Except for Willis and Storm Shadow. Far too much photoshop on their faces.

I love how CC looks. If only that was the costume revealed at the end of TROC.
Let's just hope it's as fun as the first movie. Because, despite the boneheaded costume designs, it was fun. And this film looks equally over-the-top (Storm Shadow slicing a bullet in half a split second before it hits him in the face) and silly (Firefly's bug bomb bots).

eh...I hate the first one. Horrible direction, stupid dialogue, acting is all over the spectrum. It had way too many negatives and not enough positives.

I dunno. I see a lot of cheesy acting (and Willis looks like he's phoning it in during all his scenes) and silly dialogue in the trailers for this one as well. I admit the first isn't art. It's just silly fun. And despite claims to the contrary, this sequel looks like more of the same.
Of course, in my case, I don't view that sameness as a negative.

Fuck that noise. The sequel looks like a different beast. More grounding in reality (well less fantastical) and less stupid. THOUGH w/ still all the G.I. JOE nonsense.

When I see ninjas slicing bullets with swords, little robot bug explosives, motorcycles that disassemble to become rockets, a satellite doomsday device, and so forth, I think this movie has even less footing in any tenuous reality than even the first movie.
The sequel looks like the same first movie but with better costumes and better action. This isn't a giant leap forward. Just several welcome aesthetic tweaks.

For all the bitching about those Iron Man/Robocop Exo Suits, they were one of the most fun parts of the first flick.
The underwater battle wasn't bad. It was just too long. Fortunately, Sommers chose not to film a final action sequence that would have had Duke board CC's submarine because Sommer's (rightly) assumed the action finale was more than long enough already.

Looking back at the Dorctor Mindbender looking CC from ROC, will we see a fully realised Dr. Mindbender in the sequel?

No. CC mentioned they both survived.
