The movie looks like a fun space adventure, I think the release date, with the tie in with the Disney/Marvel publicity and I think they are going to hit on all the right targets.

Its the 21st century, it is okay for women to like fantasy/Sci-fi. We saw how popular Comic book movies/Avatar were.

Yeah. It's much more SW relaxed in comparison to something like 2001.

It's an action adventure. Which is what the trailer is doing well in showing. The stakes are high but these characters ain't taking themselves that serious.

I thought the trailer was filled with action front to end already, not sure how they could put more in there.

Although with regards to marketing, I am a little surprised they haven't played up the connection to the rest of the Marvel Universe. A brief shot of Benicio doesn't count.

Not sure how any imagery of the regular MCU could benefit to this trailer. Unless they flashed an image of Thanos. Cuz... This is a no earth movie.

I would still think they would teach that "ain't" isn't a real contraction, especially by college level. "Ain't" is typically associated with Redneck/White Trash America where the literacy rate is in the single digits, but whatever.

Actually it's been in use even by well educated individuals. Though context is important. Would I use it in some formal critical paper? No. This shithole? Sure.

I read a little blurb about this new trailer some time ago. It talked about what it would have. A rumor mill thing. Seems like it resembles what they described.

Are we really arguing about the use of "ain't" on the internet? People use "ain't" all the time. Typically, the people that take the time to type "ain't" know quite well that it is not proper, and use it for effect. Something like typing out "This ain't my first rodeo".
