One more from the VF layout:

First Order officer Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie) surveys the rubble following an attack.

So today is the day that Star Wars fans think it's cool to say stuff with a lisp, right?

I wonder if there'll be a Podrick race.

And then when the Bluray comes out they can actually extend the podrace scene.

^ It's someone wearing a black stormtrooper helmet with white lettering on it (spelling "FEAR" in Aurebesh). I remember a poster on another message board described seeing that same extra last fall. They mentioned he wears a fur coat.

Why do you assume that there has to be a "main" character? With movies like Avengers, a "main character" is a thing of the past.

A little surprised people think Driver looks bad ass... I think he looks pretty wimpy. The Snowtroopers behind him look sweet though.

Daisy Ridley's character is the "Luke Skywalker" of the new trilogy. Oscar Issac's character is the new "Han Solo".

I was wondering where Adam Driver was in the trailer. All this time I had no idea he was the main villain in the movie. Pretty cool.

I agree with this. As cliche' as it might be, a dude with some actual muscle / body build would be a lot more intimidating.

Peter Cushing was plenty menacing in Star Wars and even seemed believable in how Vader was essentially his lackey. And he did it all with no muscle build.

Although he doesn't look badass in that shot with the snow troopers, Adam Driver certainly looks creepy. He seems like someone who I wouldn't even want to shake his hand.

Can't be. He's still rotting in the belly of the Sarlacc.

A 75 year old guy built like Van Damme in his prime would be difficult to come by, no? Driver looks like a the skinny kid who got picked on and turned mean... and maybe that's the point. I'm not saying he doesn't look creepy, he just is far from physically intimidating; whereas the snowtroopers look the part.

So let me get this straight:
Daisy Ridley = Luke
Oscar Isaac = Han
John Boyega = Leia
Adam Driver = Vader
BB8 = R2D2
Lupita Nyongo = Jabba

Any more?

Have there been many species in the Star Wars universe (not used for pets or transportation) that haven't been bipedal?

Jabba (cause he has no legs), and I honestly can't think of anyone else. I obviously plan to be corrected, just would like to see a little more variation.

Those designs above do look great, though. So I'm really just nitpicking.

I really like those designs as well.
