Episode I trailer was one of the first big ones released online. After downloading it all night we studied it like the freakin Zapruder Film.
I cannot wait. The mystery and build up is great.
Star Wars is back, and we are seeing the return of our favorite characters. My butt is in that seat.

Actually, reports are Harrison Ford is pretty much the lead actor of the new movie. Well, at least until he isn't.
But, yes, it looks like both Leia and Luke are going to have minor roles...particularly Luke, although it's implied that Mark Hamill will have a much bigger role in Episode VIII

Or another scenario is that none of the Big 3 die in the Sequel Trilogy, yet still play minor roles throughout the trilogy and are there at the end celebration in Episode 9?

I'm starting to question if Han Solo dies in Episode 7 as it's almost too obvious to the fans especially since Ford has talked about it since ROTJ. I wonder if JJ throws a curveball at us and kills Luke and he is a force ghost in Episode 8 & 9 (much like Obiwan was in the OT).

My only hope is that they don't screw it up...so many beloved characters get killed in movies/TV, and so few of them are actually done right. Let Han go out like Spock did...NOT like Kirk or Data did.

I have very little faith in fully mo'capped characters anymore.

I have complete faith in Andy Serkis mo'cap characters.
That said I wish he'd get the chance to play more non motion capture characters.

Never realized how buff JarJar was - he should have been able to rip apart some droids!

Guys. This motherfucker here. This piece of shit guy? This motherfucker fails to realize that even in mediocre films... Andy Serkis is a fucking god w/ MoCap.
Seriously though... Serkis has yet to fail w/ MoCap roles. He's pretty solid in the NON MoCap roles too. He's just a really good actor. Rise of the Planet of the Apes, while being mostly cliche and mediocre, is as strong as it is cuz of Serkis. He was even better in Dawn of the POTA, that was a pretty good movie too.

I'm sure Serkis will impress as a villain, but I dislike the character's name. It doesn't sound threatening and makes me think of Snooki from Jersey Shore.

Snoke em' if you got 'em.
I'd like to give the world a Snoke.
That's GOT to be a Lucas name that survived his original idea for the new trilogy.
