I dunno, Hamill looked fucking awful in Kingsman.

I'm pretty sure that character was supposed to look kind of goofy/shitty looking. Out of that... the guy has aged well. Not like Harrison Ford but he looks good.

I think you are exactly right. Both photos have the exact same pose, right down to the blank facial expression and arm/hand positions, despite the fact that she had to move to get the front and profile shots. That had to be an action figure shoot.

Good catch. Maybe those red dots on the backdrop are for scale reference?

I thought he looked pretty good. Plus like Solid Snake said I'm pretty sure that he was meant to look kind of goofy. I can easily imagine him with the beard and Jedi cloak looking pretty badass. He's not the young Luke from the Original Trilogy anymore but more like Obi-Wan from the original films.

And he is almost the exact same age that Alec Guinness was when the original Star Wars was made.

Yeah I thought he was fine in Kingsman. Also the guy can actually act which is nice.

Yeah, that is not a "casual" photo shoot pose, she's being directed to look a certain way - either for the action figure scans or lighting references.

I do like the military look of her outfit though.

That's not even the Bespin lightsaber. And Oscar Isaac's name is spelled wrong.

Awesome. Particularly like the shot of Ford, Boyega, and Ridley in the cockpit of the Falcon. Ford looks good as an older Han in that picture to me.

That girl was totally cast as the descendant of Natalie Portman and Carrie Fisher - nobody else she could be.

Months ago, Star Wars Underworld posted "artist depictions" of the two screencaps Shannon Nutt posted. It's nice to finally see the real thing.

As for the other pics, I wonder if they bothered to bring in the original performers for
Spoiler:
Ackbar and Nien Nunb... at least I assume it's supposed to be them. I met Mike Quinn (Henson Co. puppeteer who worked on Nien) at Celebration II and he was a really nice guy. I see on Wikipedia that the uncredited voice actor for Ackbar is still around, but he's 92 and his last credit was voice work in A.I. back in 2001.

Harrison Ford couldn't look more disinterested, but that's to be expected considering his disdain for the role.
