How different it is finding spoilers today than it was with Episode 1. Everyday in 1998-1999 I was reading some new article on AICN they barely have any coverage today. Tonight I instantly had up the YouTube app on the Apple TV and watched all the trailers and tv spots again not the mention fan edits and even listened to a couple of guys from IGN dissect one of the TV spots. And really the amount of spoilers that were around by this point with Episode One just don't seem to be out there.
Still having a good feeling about this.

The Harrison/Chewie skit was gold. The kid in the trivia segment looked like a deer in the headlights, but he sure knew his stuff. I consider myself a walking Star Wars encyclopedia, but even I had no clue what the name of Porkin's astromech droid was.

There wasn't much chemistry between the cast members in the interview segment. Boyega can turn on the charm, but Ridley and Driver seemed more nervous/uncomfortable. Fisher was her usual sarcastic, fidgety self... but even she came off a bit reserved. It's like they're all afraid the Disney lawyers are waiting to strike if they slip up and reveal something they shouldn't.

They wait until 41 minutes into the show to bring out the four people we all wanted to see. That was stupid. Then they wasted that last segment having a goofy kid come out to play trivia.
Kinda blew it, IMO.

Right now Ridley and Boyega can't even say who they are (Ridley is probably Luke or Han's daughter) so there is nothing really she can expound on because everything is so secretive.
I don't know if anyone noticed when Kimmel asked them if they were all signed for all 3 movies, Boyega was the only one looked at JJ to see if he was allowed to answer. Hmmmmmm.......

Oh man - still the same as ever?
However, spoilers came from official sources prior to the movie: the official novelization was out a month before Episode I, and the soundtrack spoiled Qui-Gon's death.

A few spoilers have leaked from a kiddy book. The last one is pretty big, though there's some wriggle room as to how big. On a more minor note, we find out who Max von Sydow is playing.

No real surprise. I have no doubt this will cross $200mil.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens registered on distributors’ tracking reports today, four weeks before the film opens and on the low end, some are projecting $185M and at the high end, they’re looking at $210M. However, like Jurassic World, its numbers are off the charts, and as we saw with that film, the sampling size for $100M+ openers is small, making projections a tricky process.
“It looks like Avengers did,” said one rival distrib chief, “and it’s the best that tracking can offer.” Force Awakens is strong across all men and women under/over 25 with males a tad higher. Overall first choice is 21%, total awareness is 89%, definite awareness is 64% and unaided awareness — that part of B.O. polling that doesn’t lead respondents toward naming a specific film — is a very strong 25%.

Beat me
Yeah that's about what I was thinking...which is amazing for Dec, uncharted territory. I hope this movie delivers and word of mouth is also off the charts.

Nice cover on that Empire magazine other than I don't like the text used for Star Wars. I'll probably try to pick one of them up.

I have loved all of the Teasers, Trailers, TV Spots, even most of the Marketing Photos they have put out, but is anyone just getting a bad feeling cause everything seems too good?
Maybe I am just doing reverse pyschology and refuse to go in with high expectations, but the movie looks so great from these trailers. As Leia said on Bespin, "Who's worried...."
