-In Roadshow version, Ruth asks Bob about the half-plucked chicken, makes a comment on how it's bad luck and then has Bob finish plucking it. In the Theatrical Cut, it's just a few seconds between scenes of Bob finishing up plucking the chicken.

-The entire stable sequence is much longer when the stagecoach shows up early on at Minnie's. Added sequences of Mannix pulling in the horses, each member of the group (outside) walking all the horses to the stable, O.B. speaking about setting up a route to the Outhouse and the Outhouse scene with Mannix as well.

-Various small sequences where camera shots linger a bit longer, such as the transition from the group outside to the window where Joe Gage is sitting, the signal from Oswaldo to Joe before the massacre at Minnie's, etc.

-Some sound cues that I didn't remember hearing in the Roadshow Version, such as Daisy singing loudly during the scene Major Warren is walking up to the stove to get coffee and notices the Jellybean on the ground.

-The start of Daisy's song with the guitar playing, starts with a different camera shot. When Daisy plays in the Roadshow version it starts facing the side of her face and stays there (while playing with Depth of Field). In the Theatrical cut, the camera shot is of her whole body for a few verses then transitions to the shot of her from the side/close-up.

it was a fake written by his character. I don't know if Jackson wrote it in real life. I think QT did.

Watching the film, Daisy's reaction struck me as very out of character, and now I know why.

I'm not sure keeping the shot was a good idea. One could argue that it gave her character a bit of depth, I know I thought "she must really love music or something", but it's never built upon anywhere else in the film.

I have the feeling Tarantino included it only because it was "real" even though it didn't really fit the scene.
