A few of the original movies that Disney+ and hulu "disappeared" from their services last year are $4.99 on Itunes.

There are probably more, but the ones I saw included:
The One and Only Ivan...

Re: Disney+ streaming service

The one benefit of hulu that Disney+ still doesn't have is that I can actually remove things from my continue watching. That reason alone is enough to continue to exclusively use the hulu app.

Re: The kinda all streaming deals thread

Well, I have everything except Ernest Saves Christmas, but free without any using any digital reward points was my price point on that so I now own* an Ernest movie.

*As much as you own any movie...

Re: The Amazing Race Season 36 (CBS) Premieres 3-13-24

To be fair, based on the edit, they were good at both tasks. They were just shit lousy awful at everything else.

Re: The 96th Academy Awards --> 2024 Oscar Awards Show Discussion

I'm pretty sure there is another one that will remain dead...though I guess the character's not dead.

I hope Tyrie continues his streak of being sent home first.

Re: Madame Web (2024, D: Clarkson) S: Dakota Johnson

I thought the trailer looked bad, and the reviews certainly haven't been great, but with A-list tickets are a sunk cost so why not.

My first reaction to seeing Kerry Bishé was to think that she's...

Re: The Iron Claw (2023, D: Durkin) S: Efron, White -- based on the Von Erichs

Dickinson with a few more lean muscles probably would have been the been choice physically for Kevin, but they needed him for David since Dave was even taller. The movie definitely works...

Re: The Iron Claw (2023, D: Durkin) S: Efron, White -- based on the Von Erichs

It's not like the Von Erich physiques were natural either.

Kevin wasn't ever as bulky as Kerry, but he was pretty ripped too (David wasn't). I think Efron being so short is what makes him not...

Re: The Iron Claw (2023, D: Durkin) S: Efron, White -- based on the Von Erichs

It was produced around the time the Von Erichs went into the WWE Hall of Fame. As a whole, it probably leans on the Von Erichs vs. Free Birds a little too much, but it benefits from more people...

Re: MGM+ streaming service (formerly EPIX NOW)

FWIW, it still renewed at the $49.99 price in February. So if you rejoined now the price increase wouldn't be in effect until next year.

Yeah, that's on hulu. The Triumph and Tragedy of World Class Championship Wrestling on Peacock is also worth a watch.

Re: Argylle (2024, D: Vaughn) S: Cavill, Rockwell, Howard, Cranston, Cena, Jackson, O’Hara, Lipa

The trailer looks pretty generic, but they can't pitch it as a revival of the TV show because even those of us who watched it don't really remember much about it other than the theme song. I only...

Re: Great actors not always talked about?

He has a great episode towards the end of season one of In Treatment, where he plays the father of Blair Underwood's character. He even won a guest actor Emmy for that role.

Re: Argylle (2024, D: Vaughn) S: Cavill, Rockwell, Howard, Cranston, Cena, Jackson, O’Hara, Lipa

Thankfully we have three more months before the Fall Guy comes out.

As for the movie, it's loud, ridiculous, and obnoxious, but I would lying if I said that there weren't parts where I was...
