Recently, Mr. Robot.
I liked season 1 very much, even though it was never my favorite or the best thing on TV IMO. Season 2 was just a real drag though, and I hated the "twist" that I just didn't think was interesting let alone necessary.

"Angie Tribeca". Shows like this usually suffer from diminishing returns since you're not really invested in the characters or their development. "Wrecked" has a little more going for it, since there actually is a story, no matter how ridiculous it might seem (though I'm undecided about watching Season 2).

I guess I've given up on Blindspot. I love Jamie Alexander but Stapleton is a wet fish. I enjoyed the show but never got back in to it after the hiatus last season. I lost all the episodes I had built up on the DVR when it broke and now there are enough new shows and others I am binging something has to give.

Scorpion. Had kind of soured on it last season. Found that I had no interest this season. Officially dropped from the DVR.

Re: What shows have you STOPPED watching?
I am finally giving up on catching up on Legends Of Tomorrow...at least 14 eps behind, I could stare at Caity Lotz doing nothing but sitting in a chair for 30 minutes straight, but I feel no urge to ever get caught up. It does not help that it is now on Netflix, so there is less incentive to keep the season pass.
I also realized I am falling behind on The Strain...just not feeling it, probably on my short list to delete, and other FX shows like Better Things and Atlanta.
But wait, just thought of another one, You're The Worst (love the show, but I am at least 15 eps behind...almost 0% chance I will get caught up).
I have a question, is there already a thread where people declare that they have stopped watching a show / deleted a season pass because they can just catch up on Netflix, but deep down you know you are never going to catch up? My Neflix list is littered with shows that I deleted on my tivos but I know with a near 100% certainty that I will pretty much never catch up even if Netflix keeps them available for viewing for the next 10 years straight. Just a sampling of shows that fall into this category: Supernatural, Quantico, Legends Of Tomorrow, Arrow, extremely sad to admit this...Longmire, Crazy Ex Girlfriend, Jane The Virgin (I may be confused, not sure if both Crazy Ex and Jane are aready on Netflix), and Once Upon A Time.
I will edit this post to add more shows. Just so much stuff to watch and there really is not enough time to catch up.
I think this post has given me the confidence to just do it and clean up my tivos this weekend (I almost always create these type of posts before I decide to take the plunge and follow through on the tivo cleaning).

And the episodes are only 22 minutes, much easier to catch up on than hour long shows.

You should at least give the season 2 premiere a shot. It's better than any of season 1, and has some good scenes with Lotz. You really won't miss out on much at all if you watched this season without ever catching up on last season.

You would miss very little in terms of needed continuity.

Slop, Tom Banjo, and Phantom I will most likely take your advice. It is easy enough to only keep the season 2 eps of Legends and catch up. Slop, I really do want to catch up on You're The Worst, and just realized that with my Tivo quickview mode I can really speed through the eps. The other shows on the list are most likley toast (already killed The Strain...was 5 eps behind, and this season has not exactly been appointment television).

Re: What shows have you STOPPED watching?
Recently starting to bail on shows I don't enjoy and that are a chore to watch. Too much good content being produced to continue to watch bad shows. I stopped all of these.
Agents of Shield - Just boring and repetitive.
The Strain - Hated literally every character except Quinlan.
Lucifer - Was barely watching, would fast forward through most episodes.

I just dropped "People of Earth." The pilot showed promise, and after "Wrecked" I was willing to give another TBS show a chance, but it just never could pull me in, despite a decent pilot and a few gems in the cast.

Re: What shows have you STOPPED watching?
The Crown - gave it 4 episodes and it did nothing for me. Wasn't awful just not a single character I was interested in.
Lemony Snicket - gave it 4 episodes and kind of actively disliked it. My wife as a teacher is a big fan of the book series and has read them all didn't like it either.

I recently dropped "The Blacklist". I lost interest, and it just seemed like the same shit every week.

Elementary. I was very surprised that it came back for another season. I tried watching a few episodes since it moved to Sundays, but it did not hold my interest. It used to be my favorite network show. It's just worn out.

Re: What shows have you STOPPED watching?
Another Showtime show I'm dropping is The Affair. It's has just gotten so ridiculous I don't even care about the Season Finale last night, as I may get around to it sometime.
What is it with Showtime? Great shows that just fall off a cliff.
