I think she's in the same boat as Jamie, where if the list would have been made after the first book she would have been on it.

I assume she will be higher, she has redeemed herself a little to me, but that is because Littlefinger has made her into Joffery's murderer and his daughter for his own gains; yet she is still stupid enough to trust him.
Catelyn bothers me not because she is vile, but for the reasons mentioned in above quote from the article, but they failed to mention her treatment of Brienne at the end of AFOC. But she should not be above Tywinn or Ramsay.
Both of these Stark ladies pretty much screwed up the entire kingdom, Cat started it and Lyssa ruined her dad's plans and got him killed.

Re: Game of Thrones, Season #1 - SPOILERS thread
2 questions about the end of the final episode. Unfortunately, I am horrible with the character names so bear with me
1) In the 2nd to last scene, the old man is talking to the whore about the past kings and he appears frail but then is seen to be in perfect health while getting dressed. Is there any big plot point I missed about this or is it just to show there is magic/fantasy involved in the story?
2)In the 3rd to last scene (or so) the son of ned stark who feel from the tower is in the dungeon and see a young kid with a dog/wolf. He refers to him as his brother. Is it really his brother? He shows up one other time, but I dont remember him in the earlier episodes.

Re: Game of Thrones, Season #1 - SPOILERS thread
I'm being cautious wandering into this thread, as I'm about 8% through the first book.
So I'm not reading the first 17 pages... But I just have a question. In the series, it was Catelyn who didn't want Ned to go south with King Robert, and Ned understanding that he must go...but in the book, it was the opposite. Does anyone know why this change would be made? It seems a strange thing to change, as Catelyn would've looked stronger/wiser had they kept it the way it was written.
