A little more math for those of us that will be camping out for a console:
Best Buy is getting 15% of the launch allotment split between a little under 1000 stores. Walmart is getting 17% of the launch allotment split between a little over 3000 stores.
Also, Best Buy is receiving at around a 3:1 ratio; Premium to Core. For example: 30 Premiums and 10 Cores. Walmart is reportedly stocking at an opposite ratio, 1 Premium for 3 Cores.
So if you plan on camping out at a Walmart for the midnight launch, get there early. The premiums will be in low supply and spread thin at the low-cost retailer for the midnight launch.

You really have to want it bad to be paying premium price to get it 3-4 days early.

I'd say a 360 in hand should go for more than $1K. There's one born every minute.

I'm getting nervous.
I got the original back order email from Best Buy.
Then, I got a "don't worry about the backorder, you are all set" email.
Today, I got another backordered email.
Hopefully, this is the same issue as before.

I got it too. As the "you're all set" email said, we will get backorder e-mails but it's still shipping the 22nd.

I got an automated call from Gamestop today regarding launch night/day. I had been told a few times that they were not doing a midnight opening at the local mall because of the small number of received systems. The automated messaged stated the opposite info. It also said something like, "Remember your trade-ins so you can take advantage of our trade in deal.". I was ALSO told they wanted launch night to be a system only affair and that they wanted folks to pick up their games before this time. I called the local store to confirm everything and the automated message was correct.
I'm glad they are opening at midnight but I think it's a bad move to have a special trade-in thing going on that night as well. I have to say I'm a bit nervous about walking out of a mall near Pittsburgh, at night, with 700.00 worth of highly desired goods.
