I honestly think so, but... it's probably a super low priority right now. I remember there was some sort of feedback forum Xbox set up, where people could post their concerns, upvote other concerns, etc.
Maybe go that route? If enough people want it, MS will at least reconsider the whole thing.

On 360 you can look through your entire transaction history and it definitely shows them, though that's obviously not helpful for XB1 stuff.

It's funny, I actually noticed you playing Volgarr when logging on the last few days and was surprised you were giving it a lot of time.

It's not my fault.
Sunday or Monday, I was going to play Wolfenstein, but it needed a 4GB update, so while waiting, I said, "fuck it. I'll give Volgarr another chance." I spent 4 or 5 hours on it. FUCK that game.
Then two days ago, I bought Never Alone. As it installed... I couldn't decide what to play, so... fucking Volgarr. Didn't end up touching Never Alone that night.
Yesterday, my wife went to see Hunger Games, so I was going to sit down and play Never Alone. Then remembered that she wanted to play it with me (since it's apparently better as a 2 player game), and I didn't really feel like diving in to any other game so... fucking Volgarr.

So, some input about that game:
- Fuck it.
- It's hard as shit. Well, maybe not hard... but it's punishing.
- It's only 6 levels, but you could easily kill a few hours on each one, without noticing how fast the time has gone by
- Fuck this game.
- When you complete a level, the game is supposed to let you skip it the next time you play. So, when I came back to it the other day, I should have been able to start at level 3, but when I tried (which consists of going LEFT in the level, instead of RIGHT), it let me skip from 1 to 2, but not from 2 to 3. So I had to replay 3 all over again.
- Seriously, FUCK this game. The above made me mad, but somehow tapped into my determination to get past that shit and on to the next level.
- So yesterday, when I started, I should have been able to start at level 5, but NOPE. Only 4. At that point, I said, "Fuck this shit. I'm finishing it tonight" and played four hours and hours.
- I got 50% of the achievements, just playing normally. The other 50% are a bunch of stupid things that I'm absolutely not going to bother with.
- I'm deleting the game tonight to ensure I never play it again.
- BTW... Fuck this game.

Volgarr is the only game I've deleted since I expanded my memory. Even rentals that I've returned I haven't bothered to delete. But I deleted Volgarr.
