re: DIABLO IV: Xbox Consoles, PS Consoles & PC -6/5/23

Finally in tier 3. Killed Lilith at 48, but knew I needed to be 50 for last part. Even at 50 I could barely damage curator, so completed all the regions up through the third level which got me to 52, since Curator stays 50 it was only a moderately hard. I was pretty determined to beat him by myself after he killed me so many times at 50!

Happily I was able to do as Necro with minions and not have him bug out—read that can be bugged but had no problems.

On the Sigils for Nightmare Dungeons...can one person open it and the others in the group still get in or does everyone have to have it?We've picked up three so far but figured to hold and wait and see if get four in if possible.
Yes, only one person needs to open the ND and as long as you are in a game party, the rest of the members need to accept like you do a game party invitation.

re: DIABLO IV: Xbox Consoles, PS Consoles & PC -6/5/23

I’m at level 65 and thinking in trying to open up T4. My Bloodmancer Necro is doing fine with Blood Surge with Overpower providing much of the damage. My Life is not quite at the level I want it to be so still searching for better gear that provides me with more health and armour.

I been eyeing the Bone Spirit build but that one requires specific gear that I can only find in T4.

How is Diablo 4 compared to 3? Obviously same type of game, but could you get into 4, more than 3?

Haven’t had much time to play, but finally got to Act IV and I wish I wouldn’t have wasted time doing side quests and just plowed ahead because the horse makes getting places so much easier.

At least you have it now because there’s no going back after you get the horse.

So if you quit the game after a checkpoint, when you die, you still go back to the beginning of game?

Finished the main story at level 49 on PlayStation 5. Man, I'm having major carpal tunnel issues now. Might have to hold off on playing more for a while.

Yea...looking back we probably wish the same but at the time everyone was basically wanting to get XP and level up...which early on doing the side stuff helped.....

The Good & Bad news after finishing the Campaign when or if doing another character...given choice to skip it gives you the entire map to explore along with a Key Waypoint slightly under the starting map....which allows you to do those Quests...The Tree....which those are pretty fun and some other waypoints are unlocked but the areas around them are not..... However...I got my Druid out last night and went into the southern maps and got my butt handed to me seriously. There was one enemy at Level 45 and I was 28....so the Maps as laid out go up in Level pretty much how the campaign/story is...sart out in Fractured Peaks, go North/North West and work around counter-clockwise....

This explains how the difficulty goes up per region....so they want you to try and do all the stuff in one, level up and then move to next....there's still plenty to do and explore so not all bad...

I just hit lvl 82...I'm getting there sigh..players are distraught to learn that the XP it takes to get from level 85 to 100 is the same as it takes to get from 1 to 85.

Made it to T4 at Lv. 66 with a party of 4. We were level 68, 66, 65 and 57 and it took our combined efforts to beat the last boss of the Capstone Dungeon.

I've got a bunch of side missions left but want the horse and just have Act III final act left, so may as well plow through that and get a fucking pony,

Re: DIABLO IV: Xbox Consoles, PS Consoles & PC - 6/5/23

Okay, I know I’ve played far less than all you guys, but still, I’ve played for 13 hours, have a L22 Sorceress with a decent fire build, I think. I still can’t get past the Level 1 Boss! Seriously, I have tried so many times, but even if I get to that last quarter of her health, that possessed bitch just wails on me. I don’t want to drop to world Tier I but maybe I will have to? I did just get a 5th health flask, maybe that will help? I don’t know why I’m having such a hard time. I might have to ask Kenny to come help me murder that Medieval bitch?

Anytime pal....I get on after work and wait for tim (person whom we did the campaign with) and we're doing Tree Quests, odds and end, dungeons till he calls it which is usually around 7PM Central....afterward I'll just do the same solo but I think I found a good Druid Build...at least Leveling Up...that I'll get out doing Tree and Other Quests. I tried a couple of variations and was getting my butt kicked. I went all-in on a Werebear Pulverize and Creeping Vines doing T2 up to Level 37...so yea, need a hand on something and see me on, give me a shout. Plus it'll help me open the Map up which I need...

Two Boses and Butcher Killed yesterday....a pretty good day after all...

I hate that it takes minutes to get the game up, that's part of why I haven't really played it. I play games five minutes here, three minutes there. Wish it didn't need always on connection.

For me the connection is always under 30 seconds.

Hi Decker,
You should most definitely be in WT1 if you are trying to finish the campaign solo. The aggravation and extra time it is taking you is definitely not worth the extra XP and gold. Drop down to WT1 and don't look back. Also, a fire build sorc is very viable when leveling albeit a tad slower than an arc lash build. Check out Icy Veins and Maxroll for builds if interested. Ice is very good too but VERY mana dependent early on.

Getting battle net up, logging in, pressing play, waiting in the lobby, getting the connection, and getting the play screen up is always minutes. I usually leave games up like DSS is always running. Boom I'm there. D4 will log you out if you're inactive.

Is Disney Speedstorm online only like D4? If not, welcome to the world of online only games. Par for the course...

It is but it will leave you logged in and if it happens to log you out now and then ten seconds later you're back in. And the game itself is still running.

Re: DIABLO IV: Xbox Consoles, PS Consoles & PC - 6/5/23

The only thing I have to worry about is having enough empty slots in the treasure chest storage area. I have 3 chests, but am almost full on the second one. I wish you could salvage shit that already has a stone embedded in it.

I also have about 600K in currency.
