Another question? DDD billed my credit card for my two orders on November 14th but I still haven't received a shipping confirmation and my order status on the DDD website says 'in process', is it normal? Did they ship my order on that date but failed to update the status on their website or do they just bill you as soon as you make your order?

more than likely they have pulled your order to ship. Of course with the huge amount of orders it may be taking them longer to package them and actually ship them out. Also it may be an authorization only and not an actually billed amount.

I have placed 11 orders in the last 6 months and have never had a problem. I assume based on their track record of service that they will make sure you get your dvd's

By the way, it looks like Cinderella (2D/SE) has gone up in price also. The current price is $21.59 (20% off = $17.27), but three people bought it for $14.31.

Also Titanic (Special Edition) appears to have gone up slightly, some bought it for $16.98, others for $17.23.

By the way, how does DDD handle backorders? Do I get it for the discounted price (20% off the price they show), even though it might not ship for a week or two? Do they hold up all purchases until backorders come in so all can be shipped at once?

If you have an order that hasn't shipped yet and you haven't heard back on yet, just send them an email. Their website is behind on order status, I've had 2 orders ship that show they haven't. On one of those I had to send an email asking what was going on with it, a bit later they sent me an email stating it had shipped w/ tracking #.

Hey is Degrassi Junior High worth it? I've never seen the show, until I got the Jay and Silent Bob disc, it seemed fairly interesting, and everyone seems to say that the original series is better than the next generation.
