Lets wait to blame DDD until we have some confirmation from other members. In the past when it was a site problem, many of us had problems not just one. DVDPacific for example was compomised and several DVDTalk members were charged items. If it was DVDTalk, several people will report back crying foul.

Before you blame DDD without having any proof you might check to determine if you have a keylogger or other virus on your computer. Many people unknowingly do and when they type in their card, with the exp date and the verification number is sent to creeps who use it to charge what they wish.
Happened to me. The CC company caught it after someone in russia bagan to use it.
Of course this could be one of those plots to discredit DDD. Seems to be a lot of new members complaining these days.

If you really think this is the case, you would probably want to call them directly so that it can be fixed and other people will not have the same thing happen to them. Posting about it in an internet forum will do nothing to help anybody.
And, like others have said, you are the only one experiencing this problem, chances are it is not DDD but something else.

Has anyone who ordered from Canada had their orders ship yet? I ordered very early in the sale, everything is in stock, and nothing has shipped yet. Seems like a lot of Canucks are going through the same thing.
I was going to place a second order, but I am not sure now. I might try to cancel the first one and put everything on the second one (I was waiting for some releases on Tuesday).

Anyone had any luck emailing DDD about price matching the last couple days? I ordered both Arrested Development seasons from them before hearing about the Amazon deal. Per DDD's policy, I emailed them early Tues. morning with a link to Amazon requesting a price match and have heard nothing back. I called their customer service last night and was told they couldn't look into price matches over the phone. Right now, I'm trying to decide between 3 options:
1) continue pursuing a price adjustment from DDD
2) order the sets from Amazon and return the ones that are part of my DDD order
3) avoid any more hassle and just eat the $12 price difference
I really only order from them 1 or 2 times a year, usually just for xmas shopping, so I'm not sure how much headache the above options might involve. Any advice from people that have had experience with their price match or return policies?

I just noticed something odd in my order status.
FLINTSTONES-1ST-4TH SEASONS PREORDER 1 $93.47 0 ~11/22/05
I'm pretty sure it was initially marked BACKORDER. Price hasn't changed. Does anyone else show it as a PREORDER? The release date was 11/15/05.
