I think it's going to be Watchmen OR T4 OR Harry Potter, not all three.

According to ComingSoon.net,

There's been much speculation that we'll be seeing the first trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, but it looks like Harry Potter fans will have to wait a bit longer for the first footage. Our guess is it will be shown with the studio's Star Wars: The Clone Wars on August 15, but that's not confirmed.

Instead, what you can expect are the first trailers for Warner Bros.' Terminator Salvation (May 22, 2009), which of course also stars Christian Bale, Zack Snyder's graphic novel adaptation Watchmen (Mar. 6, 2009), and the Ridley Scott-directed thriller Body of Lies (Oct. 10), with Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe.

As someone unfamiliar with IMAX, will the previews for these movies be shown before TDK, also? It's rare for me to even see previews in the theater for one movie I want to see, let alone 3.

AFAIK, one trailer will be included with the IMAX. My guess is Watchmen.

it's either that or T4. I'd highly doubt HP. I think AICN said something about a T4 trailer but it's hard to ever trust that source. I'd rather hope for a Watchmen in keeping with the comic theme.

Fair enough, I'm probably seeing it again over the weekend in my local theater anyway.

Harry Potter is attached to The Clone Wars? Yuck, guess I'll wait for it to show up on Apple.

I don't see the point of the "reviews" thread so early and then banning people from regular discussion about the film. Especially since regular discussion about reviews leads to questions about the film anyway, and that's what it'll turn into in a week and a half anyway.

The reviews thread should also be a spoilers thread. So, we can discuss the film without the stupid coding. That should be the main difference between this thread and the other one.

The writer's were interviewed on slashdot.comand asked about new villians for the third movie. I'll spoiler tag it in case.

Spoiler:

Bale brings up an interesting question. What villain or villains could they possibly tackle in a third film? For the answer we went to the screenwriters, David Goyer and Jonah Nolan.

“We’re not gonna tell you… other than to say that Batman has been published for 70 years. In the first movie we use Ra’s Al Ghul and The Scarecrow, who had not been in the movies before, and had not been in the sixties TV show before. And there are dozens if not hundreds of other characters that fit that bill. Everyone says its gotta be The Penguin or Catwoman… well I completely disagree.”

I'm thinking Poison Ivy and Mr. Freeze. Maybe Bane as a secondary villain.

That's not funny. Bane should never be a secondary villain. They should have fired the first person to come up with the idea.

Speaking of which, I know there were some discussions and rumors about some girl that was cast and what part she was playing. Were there any references to other characters or villains in the film?

A buddy of mine and I are going to be in the Jacksonville area next weekend, and I'm curious if there are any JAX folks here who can tell me the best place to catch TDK there in town.

Thanks for any info!

IIRC, the girl you are thinking of was doing a cameo as Harley Quinn.

For those who've seen it, is she in there?

There were rumors that the blond girl seen in the second trailer with Bruce was actually Selina Kyle, but she appears to be playing just a generic girlfriend character. Obviously, it could be Selina trying to play Bruce for money since she is a thief, but I find it unlikely. If they do Catwoman, they'd probably at least go for a name actress since she'd be integral to part 3.
