This time to add 30 more minutes of screen time for the RZA after the popularity of the Man with the Iron Fists.

Re: G.I.Joe 2 Coming
While I HATED the notion of them delaying this, I will say that Paramount now has an event movie with three major stars (possibly four if JGL returns), so this might work to their advantage.

Re: G.I.Joe 2 Coming
Someone over at IMDB had seen it and spoiled it from beginning to end. Sounded generic as hell. Hopefully the action sequences make up for it.

I'm surprised it took this long for a sequel to be made since the first made good in the box office.

Re: G.I.Joe 2 Coming
Compared with Rise Of Cobra, information for G.I. Joe Retaliation has come about less frequently. Not surprisingly, the latest news that has created a stir on the internet has been the release of the G.I. Joe Retaliation 3D Poster. Interestingly enough, Cinema Blend posted a recent article about that very poster, which included a few interesting statements about Channing Tatum:
"All signs pointed to Rise of Cobra star Channing Tatum being killed off early in the film, apparently at his own request-- Tatum knew his career was going places and he didn't want to be shackled to this franchise. The producers allowed it, but then early in 2012 it was clear that the double whammy of The Vow and 21 Jump Street had made Tatum far too big a star to kill off. Tatum went back in for reshoots, the movie was recut, and now you just have to take a look at the film's brand-new poster to realize he's a much bigger part in "

Re: G.I.Joe 2 Coming
^ If that were true, there'd be new footage of him in the latest trailer. There was none.
The only thing confirmed about Tatum in the new cut is that
There's presumably a few new snippets of banter between Duke and Roadblock but apparently Duke still exists the film early and during the same sequence as in the original cut.

Slightly tweaked poster:
I know it's supposed to say 3D but at first glance it looks like it's called G.I. Joe 30: Retaliation.
