I think "Man of Steel: Darkest Knight" is the most apt. Almost every title i have seen so far has been horrible. Even Worlds Finest i find lame. Might work as a comic title, as a movie title....nah!!!!

I just know that WB would never go with something so cheesy. The Justice League could work as a title when they get to that point, but comic fans shouldn't get their hopes up for World's Finest or The Brave and the Bold. Those titles just don't translate to the film world.

It's terrifying to me that someone actually came up with that idea, much less thought it was good enough to move forward with. It's even scarier that someone else thought it was good enough to start the concept art. Terrifying.

a few years back a couple people (name professionals with a proven track record) pitched DC the concept of a tween-targeted series with Lois Lane as a quasi-Nancy Drew in HS or MS. Seemed to me this was a brilliant idea- not only because it maintained the core integrity of the character, but because it would have been the perfect vehicle to target a demographic that is pretty much alienated by most comic books and comic book publishers.

DC (under Didio?) of course squashed it. Their idea of creativity and how best to expand the market doesn't seem to go beyond trying to inject Batman into everything they can apparently.
