I like it, but I think mostly like it has a set up like the x-files.
I am going to watch the next episode, and if I like that, I think it gets a season pass.

Very X-Files from start to finish, but since I loved that show until it dove into the proverbial toilet, I'll stick with this.
And I thought the titles were pretty creative.

very X-files-ish. very reminiscent of Lost: the cuts, the music. not bad, but not spectacular. i'll keep watching.

It has some possibilities but I am not wowed.
Too many borrowed things from too many movies and tv shows makes me think this is some kind of tv show put together after playing mad libs.
I will give it another week to see where it goes but I have a feeling that it will be all too predictable given the ending of the pilot.

I liked the ideas of the premise more than the execution. But that being said, i think there is a lot of potential here for some very good eps on some cool ideas.
Will season pass this one.

Commercial breaks were really short. Got caught off guard a couple of times. Was expecting more commercials but in some instances I think there was only one and then the show started again.
Was O.K. Will watch a few more episodes and see.

Guess I'm the only one with a "WTF did I just watch?" reaction.
I thought it was mostly a convoluted mess. The John Noble character seems like he belongs in another series entirely (like a corny spoof version of "Fringe").
The only actors I found remotely interesting where Joshua Jackson and Lance Reddick.
Oh, and Mark Valley definitely needs a new agent. He gets encased in jello for over an hour and then they
I'm not TOTALLY giving up on this series yet, but it doesn't look promising. Out of respect for the work JJ's done in the past, I'll give it a couple more episodes, but I may bail after that.
NOT a strong pilot at all.

I got a chance to sleep on this and now I'm liking it less than I did originally. I think the pilot was a bit of a mess and played more like a bad short movie. However, the plot itself (on paper) is interesting.
I think the pilot did a good job of creating a season long story arc. If the shows plays out the way I think it will with them putting pieces together of the main story all while tackling a different case every week it could be worth sticking around for a season.

I liked it alot. Lots of potential there and I'll be tuning in next week. But from the moment it started I knew that her BF was either gonna die or be a baddie. Gotta love that Abrahms formula. For some reason I also really liked the title cards that introduced each area.

If you cut out the whole "I love you but can't trust you" part of the pilot along with the "you don't have the proper security clearance" cliche and the "I am angry at you for going after my buddies" from Lance Reddick, this was pretty good.
However, I don't like Olivia, or rather the actress that plays her. She was rather flat.

I enjoyed the pilot but I feel that it was a bit too intellectual for most mainstream audiences to handle. I'm no rocket scientist but several of the plot points had me scratching my head. The writing was good, direction ok, action scenes exciting and a very interesting premise. I'm into the paranormal/pseudo-science and many of the concepts introduced has me salivating. Will definitely tune in a few more times.

It was fine when they did it 6 years ago in Panic Room and it's fine here. No more lame than Heroes writing their episode titles on floors, walls, etc.
So are we to believe that the dude in the beginning injected himself with the virus that was being stored in an insulin pen? He certainly wasn't having a diabetic reaction that would have required a shot. If anything it looked like he needed more sugar, not insulin to reduce it.
It was broad daylight when they got to the storage facility, how did it suddenly become nighttime for the chase/explosion?
Glad to see Kirk Acevedo again. So who is the love interest or is he going to have to compete with Joshua Jackson?

I enjoyed the mad scientist's role in relation to Joshua Jackson's character very much. The scene with him practically begging not to locked up again was really good.

Really enjoyed it but I went into it thinking I would love it so it's not surprising that I came out with that result.
Loved the location thing, hope they make that a permanent part of the show.
Those icons before the commercial breaks? Guess now seeing the end that they are going to mean something.

Just an FYI, if you missed it last night, it re-airs on Sunday at 8pm, but in a 2 hour form instead.

I'll stick with it for a bit (with a full understanding that pilot episodes can be a bit rocky). But nothing here grabbed me. If it wasn't JJ Abrahms, I would have bailed halfway through and not looked back.
And I don't see anything here that is going to keep the general public interested. I'm guessing this has a short shelf life over at Fox.
