I have one class per weapon class, but I also keep 2 separate FAL classes. I have really fallen in love with the FAL on full-auto after previously trashing it.

My other go to class is the R870 shotgun with long barrel and laser sight. I know people hate the shotgun people, but I definitely see the appeal. It is fun to send a guy flying with it in one hit.

What game types do you people play? I personally love kill confirmed. I think team deathmatch lends itself a little too easily to campers, and the matches seem incredibly short compared to kill confirmed. I also played hardpoint with some people, but it just got very aggravating constantly getting shot from 5 different directions trying to secure a base while other people worry about their K/D.

Kill confirmed gives me a long match, and you get a lot of points for capturing tags which helps with killstreaks.

That's why in the past few days I've switched over to KC. I love Hardpoint but what is the point of playing when, as you said, I feel like less than half my team are trying to play the objective.

The dicks that play that mode and quickscope the entire time really gets my blood boiling. I hope they enjoy that awesome feeling of going 25-6 while losing 250-50.

I only play KC... I've tried TDM and Capture the Flag but can't get over the frantic play of KC and ability to get huge point-streaks.

I've always liked Domination. Kill Confirmed is fun, but haven't spent any time with it yet in this one but will eventually.

The good thing about this, is that all those kills mean little when it comes to winning in Hardpoint, Demolition and Headquarters (my most played gametypes). I ran around the other night playing Headquarters against a team loaded with players with ridiculous K/D ratios, but they lost every round since they weren't actually helping with the objective.

Of course, it sucks when you get stuck on a team like that and you are taking objectives by yourself all the time and not able to hold them due to clowns like that.

This actually reminds me of what happened to me the other day on hijacked. I run into a doorway, and I'm literally 5 steps past the entrance when I get killed. I think, wow the around the corner kills are really getting bad. But no, I actually got quick-scoped through a wall by a sniper with that green sight thing. I haven't used it so I assume it's that millimeter scanner? I wasn't even showing up on his target either. I hope that doesn't become more widespread.

Boy do I feel like an idiot. I haven't been able to figure out why my skill in this game has gone in the shitter the past few weeks. Turns out the Samsung LED tv that I bought at that time has a game mode that is supposed to reduce video lag.....and I've had it off. Turned it on and it made a huge difference.

My new favorite setup:
Skorpion with laser and silencer
Ghost, lightweight
Toughness, scavenger
Extreme Conditioning

Racked up a ton of XP with that setup. Only a few games away from Prestige 2.

I'm certainly not happy about the tweaking of the guns nor raising the UAV cost from 350 to 425. UAV's are priceless in this game... I usually get 5-6 or more per game as well as shoot down 5-6.

Nerfed the weapons I used without fixing the terrible lag. I might actually start going negative Now I know some of you are on the receiving end of the craptacular lag and are the ones that are killing it. So, what are your internet speeds or does that even matter? I'm on 50/15 right now and figured that I might be able to nerf my internet to have a better chance.

Agreed. I've gotten pretty frustrated when everyone on the enemy team have launched a UAV and I'm the only asshole shooting any of them down.

so I confirmed the game fucks you over when you are host...we did a test tonight...when ever the frame rate would drop at times, and I would not kill people face to face when I shot first..or I died and the kill cam was different...I would just leave the game, and my party confirmed it instantly did a host migration. This frustrates the fuck out of me. So I encouraged my kids all to stream netflix...I had a movie going in my room..and I set up 9 demo downloads on steam. After this I had 10 solid games in a row...not a single fucking problem.

For now on I am making sure every computer in the house and every player and every download is going when I play. FUCK being shafted because I have 40 download speed...

^^ That happened to me last night too. I was having an AWFUL game so I rage quit and sure enough I see the "Host Migration" thing popup before I was completely out. Fucking stupid.

So what is everyone unlocking once they prestige?

First time around I selected Ghost, and second time I selected the Skorpion. I'm thinking the third I might have to unlock scavenger since that thing eats through ammo so fast.

I unlocked Ghost first, then the FAL. I think my next I might go bouncing betty or something. I'm trying to get the diamond camos. That seems nearly impossible.

Has anyone gotten all the camos for the "stinger" launcher? I have zero player controlled killstreaks shot down.

Wow the patch that hit last night has REALLY nerfed the shotgun, and honestly I think they went way too far in the other direction. Last night on hijacked I went 30-3 before I was booted from the match for the update. Today, I try to run with the shotgun and I am getting nearly NO one shot kills.

I understand tuning down the range, but I'm 5 feet away from people and can't get one shot kills the majority of the time. If the shotgun can't give you one shot kills what is the point of it? I understand 20 feet away is ridiculous, but I was five feet away, nailed a guy in the head, and he just got a hit marker.

I think since the patch I haven't gone positive yet. This should be fun.

Really? I've picked up several opponents shotguns today and went on an Archer-style rampage, all surprisingly better kills than I typically fare with shotguns. Definitely digging the patch today.
