Yeah, I've had about the same number, and the only major issue I had was a 360 HDD starting to fail, causing games to crash. That was disappointing. But I swapped it out, and it was fine after that. Still sold it so I could "upgrade" to the "E" model, and that one's going strong.

Well now ain't this a pickle...

I just got my Xbox delivery. Box was huge and heavy and I am like WTF. This thing isn't this big or heavy. Open it up and there are 2 Xbox Series X systems inside. Uhhhhhh

They've replaced the Xbox One with... Xbox Two!

More than likely they setup a return and refund you. Had the same thing happen with a video card(s) last year. If so, at least you tried.

Which fucks me because I used my Amazon Store card points for most of the purchase. I saved them specifically for this. I would obviously get a refund for those but I don't want them back. I think I paid $180 out of pocket total.

It’s a mixed bag for me. If I’m in a physical store and they give me an extra item I didn’t pay for, I am mentioning it. I don’t want an employee to get fired. I had someone at Best Buy give me change for a 100 when I used a 20. I immediately spoke up. But if it’s been shipped or already dealt with I dunno I just keep it. I’d give it to someone that could use it.

Re: Xbox Series X - 11/10/20

Tried again when Walmart had them at 3 PM EST.
Unresponsive buttons, slow reloads, I actually got to the "place order" button and it keeps either looping or kicking me back a screen saying "We're having trouble with your request. Please wait a moment and then try again."
The item page now says out of stock, so if it's out of stock and i don't have one reserved in my cart, tell me so I can get back to my life.

I had the same experience you did. I don’t understand why they did both the Xbox and PS5 launch at the same time.

Re: Xbox Series X - 11/10/20

I can't figure out why my Series X had such ridiculously slow download speeds. I have gigabit internet with eero pros. I can't get more than 40 Mbps wired and 20 Mbps wireless on this damn thing and it is driving me nuts.

Edit: just made a few minor tweaks to settings and reset the system. Now I am getting 660 Mbps lol

Had the same experience. I had a brief moment of triumph when I finally got to the Place Order screen, only to come crashing down seconds later.

What tweaks did you make? I've noticed that mine is slow too.. but I have AT&T fiber and it should be screaming.

Read a post on MS support site saying they turned off any data reporting to MS. Here is the thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...e-8bef9b296502

Normally I use my own router but I have AT&T's router hooked up. I have no idea how to access it.

Has nothing to do with your router. It's a setting in your xbox.

^^ I'll admit that I'm not the most tech savvy guy... but that link provided has folks digging into their router.

Keep reading. It is like 2 or 3 pages in. All I know is I did what the guy did and I instantly got better results.

Basically the background data collection stuff MS does is being turned off.
