I might try Battlefield 1 and V. I own both, hard copy, but still. Maybe Titanfall 2 which I also have on physical, or more likely digital.
Does this FPS boost make a huge difference or is this a new thing, not out before?

It’s an incredibly short series of missions. Something like 6 (?) sets, each with 2-3 chapters or something like that. My memory may be way off, but I feel like I finished the entire campaign on the default difficulty in just a few hours.
Edit! Okay, I guess I am misremembering, since howlongtobeat.com pegs it at 6.5 hours, which is Call of Duty-esque in length.

I just remember those Battlefield games took an ungodly amount of space.

And bear in mind that there isn’t a campaign in the traditional sense with a beginning, middle, and end; each group of missions in Battlefield 1 has its own setting, its own distinct characters, and occasionally even distinct mechanics (dogfighting, tank warfare, etc.). You can choose which missions to do in any order you want too.

If you ever want to know how long a game is, go to https://howlongtobeat.com and search for the game.

My XBOX ONE X received on my Bday in 2020 is still brand new in it's box. Was gonna open it and set it up around my April bday 2021;even picked up a few cheap used games... but then started wondering if I should not open it, sell it, and put money towards the Series X or.. keep it an enjoy it.

Depends on how much you could get for it, how long you want to wait, and how hard you want to try to get an XSX.
If you could get full refund or thereabouts, I'd return it/sell it for that and try to get the XSX. Especially since you haven't opened it yet.
I know the current gen may not be as much of a leap from the previous gen as early generations, but all things being equal or close to it, I'd want to get the newest model.
For a while there the SX and One X were for sale (if often out of stock), for the same price.
On the other hand, if you're not in a hurry or want to fight for the XSX, open it and have fun.
I need to decide what if anything to do with my One X, while the market's still reasonably good. I currently have a 360, One X, and XSX hooked up to the same TV. I know I won't get much for the 360, but I may still want to play Rock Band or something. (Is Rock Band and Guitar Hero compatible with XSX?) But I don't think I need a One and SX.

Some patches, I assume, today for many games. Crysis: Remastered (I think only small one at xxxMB, the others at least 10-15 GB. Not huge, but wonder what they for, Halo: TMCC, Cyberpunk, and Marvel’s Avengers.

Re: Xbox Series X - 11/10/20
Is anyone trying out the Scarlet Nexus demo that dropped yesterday?
It’s a pretty gorgeous game visually (lack of HDR and some extreme pop-in besides), but I finished the demo, and the combat isn’t really singing for me yet. Maybe it’d come together in time (my playthrough was only a half-hour as Kasane), but it felt kinda slow and weirdly cumbersome. The camera isn’t terrible but definitely feels at least a little off. I’m not particularly drawn into the characters, settings, or premise.
So, thanks for the demo, Bandai Namco! I don’t think I’m buying your game!
