Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
I haven't posted to this thead in a long time, but just checked in and though the following may be useful:
I have an existing DVD account opened in 2011, and last Monday was able to add a second DVD account with the "bill me" option and on-line enrollment (I received the "your order has shipped" email yesterday, so it worked). Also, I just ordered a club price = $42.95 TV set on sale for $25.77 with a $10 off $25 code, which brought the total including shipping to $24.72. Postings in other forums suggest that I will get 2 fullfillment credits for this, brining the average cost per selection for this cycle to $4.81. I included 7 TV sets total (2 according to Jim, 5 Hogan's Heroes), so that's a really cheap way to get some DVD-only TV stuff. Have fun!

There are several TV on DVD sets available at enrollment. Here is a link to the thread.

FWIW, CH just added the 3D version of The Hobbit to their list of pre-orders for $26.94. The $10 off of $25 code(20130105BRT1B) is still active making the final price $19.93. Since the list price is over $40($44.90), this will most likely count as 2 towards fulfillment.

Awesome, joined and ordered 7 TV on DVD, fulfilled with the $10 off $25 and picked up TMNT Complete Series so should have obligation met and all listed as shipped yesterday! Thanks for the help.

Heads-up, I just got an email from CH stating that today is the last day to redeem the $10 off of $25 code(20130105BRT1B).

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
I bought the season 5 Hogan's heroes to fulfill the account. Total for 7 TV on DVD sets plus a DVD only movie was under $40. CH is still unbeatable for some stuff but, as always, we need to do the math and make sure we understand the total costs per account. Also, as the other poster clarified, my account was a normal DVD account using DVD TV sets for enrollments.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
This company has gone really downhill in the last two years. I didn't receive this e-mail notice until 1:07pm yesterday. I only check my e-mail account once a day, and that is usually in the morning. I didn't find out about this coupon code until just a few minutes ago and now it's expired. What fucking genius decided to send these alerts out 13 hours into the day it's suppose to be active. I can guarantee that this is definitely my last account with this company. I've opened well over 75 accounts over the last 10 years or so, but now they have become too customer un-friendly.

I wish they had more sales for Blurays. I wana finish off my 2 accounts but everytime they have a sale or deal it's dvd only. And im not going to pay more for a bluray when amazon has them cheaper with faster and cheaper shipping. Maybe they should stop all the stupid dvd sales and have a few bluray sales ?

Because they use it as part of their profit structure. They probably dont get as rich a discount on Box Sets so they rip you off on shipping.

Haven't had a membership in about a year....just signed up again. Seems kind of quiet in here.
Any codes live right now? Thanks.

^Yep... very quiet. You can thank the new owners and the dearth of "good" codes. There'll be *something* eventually but nothing as good as those from a few years back.

FREE DVD when you buy 1 at regular Club price is valid for a limited time only! Your free selection must be of equal or lesser value than your qualifying purchase of $19.95 or higher. Director's Selections, Sets, Blu-ray Discs and Upcoming Releases can act as qualifiers, but cannot be taken as your free selection. Merchandise and Clearance and other specially priced items are not eligible for this offer. Only items purchased at Club price count toward your Membership Commitment. We reserve the right to limit the purchase of multiple quantities of each title. Other exclusions may apply.
Not great but if someone needs to fulfill.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
For me, the text of this offer says, "$4.99 flat shipping on your DVD and Blu-ray order." That would make it potentially interesting. But I'm showing $12.95 s/h on a 4 blu-ray order.
