Was Mouse the guy from La Haine? Cuz honestly....aside from Duke, Snake Eyes, Scarlett, and Gen. Hawk...I can't remember anyone else out of the Joes. And I only know Covergirl cuz that's what she's known as but I don't think she was called that at all in the film. She was just a blonde woman..that's it.

A random thought just crossed my mind the other day. Maybe because of the second season of Breakout Kings. Remember that the director said that a mjaor character will die in this movie? Most everyone (myself included) assumed it was Duke, given the trailer. However, given Di Bonaventura confirmed they want Tatum back as the lead of G.I. Joe 3, what if the character to die is Roadblock? And it happens when it's revealed the new CC is actually a physical threat? There is a brief shot of the Rock on the ground (clearly after just getting his ass kicked in a fight) that I always assumed was during his fight with Firefly. I wonder if instead that's during his fight with Cobra Commander and he bites it then and there.

As I said, just a random thought.

I'd be ok w/ CC kicking The Rock's ass. That I can believe...well depending on what version..but a good version is a good CC. Vin Diesel beating the Rock? Fuck you, man.

Yeah, all the insane crap in Fast Five was easily acceptable to me (well, except for the BS with the Rock scaring off the gang in the Favela). But I couldn't handle Vin Diesel beating the Rock.

I dont' remember that particular scene w/ the gang..but all the action? I'm fucking fine. That Vs. between Diesel and Rock...makes me grit my teeth w/ anger.

There was a time when Vin Diesel was "the bald dude" during the year 2000 when talking about The Fast and the Furious (which I hadn't seen). Only a bit after was he referred to as Vin Diesel. The Rock was always...The Rock. He wins.

I thought the old suit looked fine during the movie. The new one is definitely better though.

The main problem with the old suit (hyperbole over the lips aside) is that it severely restricted Ray Park's movements (he said it felt like wearing a rubber band). He designed this one so he could actually move.

It looked fine with proper lighting. But it moved very awkwardly. So it's nice for Ray Park to have a suit where he can have an easier time kicking ass and cutting loose.

I reiterate my previous comment. I never felt Snake Eyes was limited or moved awkwardly in the movie.
