I thought the part where the train cut rapist Joe Quesada in half was pretty cool. What was the other cut?

They do suck. It's just that the DC sucks a little bit less. But it stills sucks major cock.

At least Quesada has only done what he's done at Marvel. Dan DiDio cancelled ReBoot, told Skir to ignore previous series when he made Beast Machines, and then went to do what he's done at DC.

Glad to see a little love for Batman: Mask of the Phantasm going around. I think it's terrific. The screenplay is fantastic and the story construction is excellent, the biggest problem with it is the production value, they rushed it so quickly that while some of the animation looks good (Spectrum and Suzuki, Se Won Kim at Dong Yang), some of it was also obviously done by their lesser crews too. Still, I persist in my belief that it's underrated and very good.

.
I was talking about the Character in the film, played by Paul-Ben Victor. I guess his name was Jose Quesada.

Three characters worked on by Frank Miller. They could team up and take on an army of whores.

That their budget dropped by about 30%.

I've wanted to do a fan edit for a while, where the very last shot would be Venom in the church, screaming at the camera. Most other aspects of that story would've been kept in the background.
Venom was only one of a long long list of issues in that movie, it got absolutely nothing right. IMO of course.

I am glad they didn't get Bale in there for Batman, the world established in the Nolanverse and the world established in Man of Steel clash entirely too much. It'd just make it, I dunno, weird. I still think Affleck is a solid choice.

As many as 50,000 stray dogs roam the streets and vacant homes of bankrupt Detroit, replacing residents, menacing humans who remain and overwhelming the city’s ability to find them homes or peaceful deaths.

Justin Timberlake:
“I have no aspiration to ever be a superhero in a movie ... Now, a villain! I'll tell you the villain I want to play more than anything because I grew up loving Batman, funnily enough, is The Riddler. The Riddler is my favorite villain. The Riddler was like a sociopath. He was proper crazy. So if I'm gonna play crazy, I'm wanna play proper crazy."
Also... unused script for 2002

Timberlake as the Riddler? Hmm... I could almost go for that but then we are seriously getting into B&R territory with all the big name stars. With Affleck headlining, they need to pad out the rest of the film with lower key stars.

For Riddler though, nothing beats this mock up:

The Riddler would work great as a Zodiac-style serial killer. Timberlake could easily pull that off; I'm not a fan of his music, but he's a good actor.

Before Shumacher took over Batman Forever, I seem to recall the idea was to have the Riddler as a Jigsaw-esque serial killer that left riddles so people could try to save his victims.

The three part storyarc Dark Knight, Dark City from Batman #452-454 would make a good basis for a Riddler movie.
