She is too thin though. And her acting abilities aren't horrible but they aren't mind blowingly great either so it reeks of the typical Hollywood bullshit of having every actress onscreen be less than a hundred pounds. I don't hate the choice though but it would've been nice to have someone who's already proven that they're a good actress.

I think she's smoking hot, but agree she's a bit thin to be Wonder Woman. I think she can tone up a bit and be decent enough though.

Of course I would NEVER suggest that any actress could/would ever be cast in a high profile, big budget studio picture because she gave sexual favors. That's just crazy talk.
This actress was obviously the most qualified. In fact now that I take a second look, she's like a Michael Turner drawing sprung to life. All 98 lbs of her.

Seriously, I do find it interesting that they using Israeli actresses to fill out tertiary roles in this franchise. If they had any other specific geographical demographic that they went to the well for, I would express the same curiosity. I honestly wonder if someone in the production hierarchy has some connection to (has to repay a favor/ has a fetish for/ whatever) the rep agency over there.
I don't think (but don't know) that Israel is that an huge oversees market to worry about throwing them a bone.

I never said that sex doesn't play a part in film casting, but it's pretty sad to make your first two assumptions: 1. Someone on the production is indebted to Israeli financiers, and then 2. She fucked her into it.

Her frame to me doesn't suggest that she is going to 'scale up' in the way most people are envisioning the character no matter how many pounds she puts on.
