Why So Blu?

Honestly, I hope that they incorporate the giant bulky metal suit Batman wore in Dark Knight Returns, so we can see him fuck Superman up. I doubt they'll make a stand alone film adaption of that story, so might as well use it in this or the next film with JLA.


I say that assuming they keep the current Dark Knight Returns look going.

Meh like I've said before, I do tend to gripe about certain things but I usually wind up giving them a chance anyways just to form my own opinion. I don't agree with a lot of the choices for this film thus far but yet you're right I'll definitely see it. Admittedly I've been wrong just in the past year too with my bitching as I rather enjoyed both The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (although I'm in the minority on that one) and the Robocop remake. For the record I don't think I should be catered to, I just had a different impression of what the costume would look like.

Granted, it's an animated film and not live-action, but it's still a film adaptation of the comic.

As much as I love The Dark Knight, I hate the costume redesign, especially how the costume bisects the bat symbol. I much preferred the less paneled look of the Batman Begins costume.

That's actually what I was referring to. I should have said live action version of that storyline.

I think the little ears work better because they look like devil horns. And since Ben Affleck was amazing in DareDevil, he will be more amazing as Batman.

I was thinking how hilarious it would be if Hans Zimmer decided to separate the soundtrack when Superman/Batman fights. Inspiring when Superman throws a punch, then dark when Batman throws a punch.

That episode of B:TB&TB is one of my favorites from the series.
Although they got the facts slightly wrong. Batman and Robin battle the Firefly and his Rainbow Creature.
Batman must wear a different color custome every day to defeat them.

I think Robin had broken his arm, so he wore the crazy costumes to distract that Robin was in a cast so no one would make the connection that Dick Grayson also had a cast.

Or maybe that was why he wore the zebra costume.
