Carrie Kelly. The Dark Knight Returns was never officially canon though, so Carrie wasn't canon either. At least not until the New 52 which has made her canon (as a person but not as a Robin... yet). Stephanie Brown was a female Robin that was part of the official canon before the New 52, but the New 52 has wiped her completely out of the canon.

Cuz that's how it came up in the rumor mill. And that's how it's also known as in the comics. Whether an interpretation of their first meeting or them being together. But it's also know as other things. I've always liked it as World's Finest.

Not really accurate.
There have only been a handful of times Batman and Superman have fought in the comics.
One was Death in the Family when Jason died, and that wasn't really a fight so much as Batman just being angry and punching Superman and nearly breaking his hand.
Another was The Dark Knight Returns which was never canon at all. It was just Frank Miller being Frank Miller. He also turned Catwoman into a prostitute and the less said about All-Star Batman the better.
Batman and Superman also fought in Hush because Poison Ivy was mind-controlling Superman.
That's really about all the fights they ever had in the comics. There may be a few minor skirmishes I am forgetting, but them fighting has never really been a common occurrence at all.
In fact, they have had a team-up comic titled simply Superman/Batman since about 2002 or 2003.

World's Finest ended publication in 1986 with the COIE relaunch, which is where the "Modern Age of Comics" began. A new World's Finest comic didn't begin publication until last year, and that comic has nothing to do with the former series. This new series is set on an alternate universe (Earth-2) and the main characters are Power Girl and Huntress.
